Sneaky Self-Care Strategies for Students and Families

    Self-care is sometimes seen as a selfish act - but actually, like putting on your oxygen mask first on an airplane, it can give you more energy, allowing you to do more for yourself and for others.  This interactive workshop will focus on learning and practicing "sneaky" self-care strategies, or simple techniques that you can work into your everyday life.  The final 10-15 minutes of this program will be an optional body scan visualization practice.
