Leadership in Democracy: Who Should Have Power and What Should They Do With It?

    This session asks: What should leadership in a democracy look like? What do we want from leaders in the political and social spheres? We’ll discuss what distinguishes good leaders from bad ones and what leaders’ goals should be. Do leaders have moral obligations and, if so, what are they? Students who attend this sample class will also have the opportunity to learn more about Geneseo’s exciting new major in Philosophy, Politics, & Economics.
