The Honors to Honors (H2H) Transfer Pathway is a partnership between SUNY Geneseo and the Honors programs at Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC), Monroe Community College (MCC), Onondaga Community College (OCC), Westchester Community College (WCC), and Suffolk County Community College (SCCC).

As a member of one of these partner Honors programs, you qualify for direct admission to SUNY Geneseo through this pathway — no separate admission application needed.
